 Abigail E. RosenAssociatearosen@lswlaw.com Born in 1976, Ms. Rosen was graduated from Princeton University cum laude in 1998 and NYU Law School magna cum laude in 2005. While at NYU, Ms. Rosen was awarded the Lawrence Lederman/Milbank, Tweed Fellowship in Corporate Law and was both a Florence Allen Scholar and a member of Order of the Coif. After graduation from law school, Ms. Rosen was an associate at the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2005 to 2006 and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, from 2006 to 2007 and to the Honorable Julio Fuentes, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, from 2007 to 2008. Ms. Rosen joined LS&W in 2008. |
