Associates: Kan M. Nawaday
Born in 1974, Mr. Nawaday graduated from Yale College in 1996. He received a Masters Degree in French language from Middlebury College in 2000 and graduated from Cornell Law School magna cum laude in 2003, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. After law school, Mr. Nawaday was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and, from 2005 to 2006, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard J. Cardamone of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a co-author of "Challenging the Guidelines' Loss Table," Federal Sentencing Reporter, Vol. 20, No. 3 (February 2008). Mr. Nawaday joined LSW in 2006.
