LSW is delighted to welcome defense lawyer and former federal prosecutor Jillian B. Berman as its newest partner.

Jillian defends individuals and companies in white-collar criminal matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations, as well as complex commercial litigation. Previously, she served for nine years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

A graduate of Cornell University (B.S.) and the University of Chicago Law School, Jillian clerked for the Hon. Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Hon. Richard L. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. With two decades of experience, she has been recognized by Chambers USA in the area of White Collar Crime and Government Investigations as well as by Super Lawyers and The Legal 500.
