LSW partner Jillian Berman served on a panel of expert practitioners to explore Ethics, Strategy and Privilege Issues in Defense Investigations for an audience of white collar defense attorneys and other practitioners at the 10th Annual White Collar Crime Institute at the New York City Bar Association.

Jillian spoke about various ethical and strategic issues that attorneys encounter on behalf of clients involved in white collar government and internal investigations.

The panel  was part of a live and in-person CLE program, part of a full day conference hosted annually by the New York City Bar Association.
