On June 28, 2022, LSW partner Jillian B. Berman participated in a panel demonstration about “Organizing the Defense” at the 2022 ABA Antitrust Law Section International Cartel Workshop in Lisbon, Portugal. 

The demonstration was part of a two and a half day practitioner workshop featuring presentations on cutting-edge antitrust issues analyzed by attorneys and enforcers joining from around the globe.
