Ms. Rubin represents both individuals and entities in a wide range of civil disputes and litigation in both federal and state courts, including contract disputes among financial institutions, claims of fraud, negligence, and other alleged misconduct involving financial professionals, and issues of legal ethics and attorney malpractice. She also has represented bank executives in connection with SEC enforcement investigations and individuals in various federal and state criminal matters. In 2012-13, Ms. Rubin participated in a three-month criminal trial in New York Supreme Court that resulted in a jury verdict acquitting the client of all charges. In 2014, Ms. Rubin was named a “Rising Star” in the New York metro area by Super Lawyers.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Rubin was an associate in the bankruptcy group at the law firm King & Spalding in Atlanta from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Rubin joined LSW in 2006, after completing her clerkship.
