Allison P. Morse
Allison’s practice is centered on white collar criminal defense and complex civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining LSW, Allison served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable William J. Nardini at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, and for the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon at the federal trial court in the Eastern District of New York.
Allison earned her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she served as a full-time clinical volunteer at the law school’s criminal defense clinic and as a research assistant focused on white collar criminal defense law.
