Brett Mead
Brett’s practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense.
Brett has significant experience conducting internal investigations for corporate clients, as well as at all stages of the arbitral and pre-trial litigation process, including drafting motions in limine and motions to dismiss, discovery, and witness preparation.
Prior to joining LSW, Brett served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Dennis Jacobs at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York, and for the Honorable Deborah Chasanow at the federal trial court in the District of Maryland. Prior to and between his clerkships, Brett was an associate at Cooley LLP in New York, where he worked extensively with clients in the financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, education, airline, and metal refining industries.
