Charlie’s practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in complex white collar matters including federal prosecution of individuals, securities litigation, and regulatory inquiries and proceedings. Charlie has experience conducting sensitive internal investigations for corporate clients. 

Prior to joining LSW, Charlie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric Komitee in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Charlie was formerly a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York City.

Charlie earned her law degree from Yale Law School, where she served on the editorial board of the Yale Law & Policy Review and was a member of the Media Freedom & Information Access Clinic.  Before law school, Charlie was a Fulbright Scholar in Canada.
