Cindy X. Kuang
Cindy Kuang focuses on white collar criminal and regulatory investigations and complex civil litigation with an emphasis on emerging financial technologies. Cindy works on representations of individuals and entities in a broad range of complex litigation matters. She is committed to offering practical solutions that support her clients’ strategic goals through clear communication and attention to detail.
Prior to joining LSW, Cindy gained experience as a summer legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York, and as a Judicial Intern in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.
Before law school, Cindy was a software engineer at the largest U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange, where she led initiatives to expand the platform’s cryptocurrency asset offerings and develop infrastructure for asset custody.
Cindy received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology. She earned her B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in History from Stanford University.
Cindy is fluent in Mandarin.
