Megan represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters.  Her work often involves white collar defense, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement and compliance.  She has experience preparing clients for proffers and interviews with the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining LSW, Megan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Paul G. Gardephe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Hon. Reena Raggi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  Before her clerkships and following law school, she was a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.

A proficient Mandarin Chinese speaker, Megan has also worked at UNICEF in Beijing and New York, and at the United Nations Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals in the Hague.
