On December 17, 2020, LSW partners Gabrielle Friedman and Frank Wohl  presented Ethics in Corporate Investigations, a Continuing Legal Education program in conjunction with Lawline.com.

Broadcast live online and recorded at Lawline’s studio in lower Manhattan, the program provided viewers information on strategies for managing conflicts of interest and protecting client privilege during internal investigations.  Gabi and Frank offered ethical analysis as well as practical tips from the perspective of various stakeholders in an investigation,  including counsel for the company, investigating counsel, individual’s counsel, and pool counsel.
