Gabi Friedman was invited by The Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law to its 2022 Conference on New Developments in Workplace Sexual Harassment to speak on a panel dedicated to “Ethical Issues in Investigations” on Friday, January 28 2022.

The 2022 Conference on New Developments in Workplace Sexual Harassment, sponsored by the University of California at Berkeley School of Law is a U.S. and global comparative examination of sexual harassment in the workplace, focusing on skills for litigators, advisors, investigators, and human resource professionals. 

Gabi spoke about the particular challenges lawyers on all sides face when a workplace harassment investigation crosses international borders, an increasingly common phenomenon in our globalizing economy.
