For over two decades Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP has organized and chaired this annual event with the New York City Bar Association.  The format of Ethical Considerations for Corporate Investigations: Views from All Sides brings together white-collar defense lawyers, prosecutors and ethics experts to discuss cutting-edge strategic and ethical issues arising in investigations and prosecutions of corporations and/or their constituents.
