Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP team Douglass Maynard, Ramya Kasturi, and Charlotte Blatt won another judgment defeating Mayor Eric Adams’s second complaint against the New York City Campaign Finance Board.  The Mayor’s lawsuit claimed, again, that his campaign was entitled to $3.5 million in matching funds from the CFB, based on alleged constitutional and state law violations.

The Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis of the Eastern District of New York granted LSW’s motion for summary judgment on all claims and dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice on October 1, 2025.
